Ingredients:
1 bag romaine lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
2 red apples, diced
6 oz. bag dried cranberries
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
2 c. sunflower seeds (salted and roasted)
Toss all ingredients together in bowl.
Dressing
1 T. poppy seeds
⅓ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. sugar
⅓ c. vinegar
1 chopped red onion
1 tsp. salt
In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine with salad before serving.
