Each spring, we hold an annual meeting to discuss the state of the co-op with our members. To prepare, we create a comprehensive Annual Report, which shares highlights of the past year. The report showcases our community initiatives, energy programs, and more. We are also sure to share the audit report, which proves our financial integrity.

Our 2019, 2020, and 2021 annual reports have won Gold-place Spotlight on Excellence Awards in the category of Best Annual Report to Members! With themes of ‘Energy to Keep You Moving’ in 2019, then ‘Powering Through a Pandemic’ in 2020, and ‘Adjusting Our Sails’ in 2021, it is always our goal to share each year in an engaging and creative way. We continue to work hard to provide members with a relevant and interesting look at their co-op.
The Spotlight on Excellence Awards program recognizes a body of outstanding work produced by electric cooperative communication and marketing professionals from across the country. The 18 categories reflect the wide scope and valuable contributions of co-op communicators today. Entrants are judged against cooperatives of a similar size. The program is sponsored by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s Certified Cooperative Communicator Program and the Council of Rural Electric Communicators.
