Each year ECE awards scholarships to college-bound high school seniors. All of these scholarships are funded by unclaimed capital credits.
Who is eligible?
Applicant must be a high school senior enrolled at a participating high school. The applicant’s parent or guardian must be an ECE member. Participating high schools are listed below.
Selection, by a school committee, is based on academic achievement and community service. If all else is equal, financial need will be the determining factor.
If you are a high school senior and your school is NOT listed below, you may qualify for the Power Up scholarship.

ECE is proud to provide scholarships to non-traditional students. If you are a high school senior, please make sure your high school is NOT listed on the Participating High Schools List. If your school is on the list, contact your school guidance or career counselor for application. Visit the "High School students" tab (above) for details.
Non-traditional students are eligible for the Power Up scholarship. This includes those already in college or those returning to college after a hiatus; high school seniors who attend homeschool, private educational institutions, or a high school located outside our service territory. Applicants must be an ECE member or the dependent of an ECE member.
