1 butternut squash, peeled
2 apples, sliced
Mix: ½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. butter, melted
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
Place squash and apples in shallow non-stick baking dish. Sprinkle mix over top, cover, and bake at 350° for one hour. Yields 8 servings.
