Ingredients:
1 lb. savory sage roll sausage
½ c. butter
6 stalks celery, finely diced
2 medium onions, finely diced
8 c. cubed bread crumbs, dried
2 ½ tsp. dried sage
1 ½ tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. dried cranberries
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°. In large skillet, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Remove from pan. In same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté celery and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. In large bowl, combine celery, onions, sausage, bread crumbs, cranberries, sage, rosemary, thyme, and salt. Add broth and stir until combined. Place in casserole dish. Cover with tin foil and bake 1 hour or until hot.
