Ingredients:
8 c. diced, peeled tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 T. salt
1/2 - 1 T. cayenne pepper, to taste
2 green peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2/3 c. condensed tomato soup
2 T. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 45 minutes, stirring often. Pour into freezer containers. Cool to room temperature, approximately one hour. Cover and freeze.
