Ingredients:
2 (5 oz.) cans albacore white tuna in water
⅓ c. mayonnaise
3 T. fresh cilantro, minced
2 T. lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
4 slices Muenster or provolone cheese
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
Preparation Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix first seven ingredients. Spread tuna mixture over four slices of bread. Top with cheese and avocado. Serve immediately.
