Ingredients:
3 c. uncooked bow tie pasta
3 c. fresh broccoli florets or vegetable of your choice
1 lb. peeled and de-veined cooked medium shrimp
2 T. plus cup reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing, divided
⅓ c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Instructions:
In large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last 4 minutes of cooking. In another large skillet, cook shrimp in 2 tablespoons of dressing over medium heat for 4 minutes or until heated through. Drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl. Add shrimp, cheese, and remaining dressing to the bowl. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
