1 lb. ground beef
½ c. onion, chopped
¼ c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can chili with beans
1 c. corn chips
1 c. shredded cheese
Brown meat. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add chili and stir. Place layer of corn chips in greased 1 ½-quart casserole. Alternate layers of chili mixture, corn chips and cheese, ending with corn chips. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Yields 4-6 servings.
