⅓ c. non-dairy powdered creamer
⅓ c. sugar
⅓ c. instant coffee
2 T. cocoa powder
5 hard peppermint candies or small candy canes (crushed – in a food processor is best)
Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container.
Use:
Mix 2-2 ½ teaspoons per cup of hot water. Also can be added to coffee for a chocolate mint coffee.
Tip: Make a large batch and use for gifts.
