SmartHub: The power of data in your hands
The days of waiting for your bill to arrive in the mail are over with SmartHub. You can receive notification through the free app or email when your bill is ready, view the bill and pay it in minutes. Simply tap the “Bill & Pay” icon on the SmartHub home screen to see your account balance and make your payment.
Better yet, use SmartHub to enroll in Auto Pay. Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or applied to the credit card you authorize on your due date. If you’d like to change the authorized payment method or credit card we have on file, you can do so easily with SmartHub.
You can view your energy use by the day and the week and compare bills month to month and year to year. If you notice unusual changes, you can easily contact us using SmartHub.
The SmartHub app can be downloaded to your mobile device, giving you secure access to your ECE account 24/7.
The app also provides a quick route to our Facebook page, which will keep you informed of co-op happenings, events and major outages. An outage map on SmartHub allows you to view the location of outages on our system by county and by township.
