Each year ECE awards scholarships to college-bound high school seniors, students currently attending college, and students returning to college. The majority of scholarships are funded through unclaimed Capital Credits.
Do I qualify?
To qualify for one of the scholarship programs described below , the applicant or their parents/guardians must be members of ECE. Selection is based on academic achievement and community service. If all else is equal, financial need will be the determining factor.
College-bound high school seniors
ECE works with several local schools to distribute scholarships to graduating seniors. If you are a high school senior who attends one of schools listed below, and interested in applying for a scholarship from ECE, please contact your high school guidance office for additional information.

At Large Scholarship Program
ECE also provides scholarships to students who are already in college, are returning to college, or students who attend a high school that ECE doesn't already allocate scholarship funds to.
Students who fit into one of the following categories are eligible to apply for the At Large scholarship program:
Non-traditional students (defined as students already in college or those returning to college after hiatus or sabbatical);
Seasonal ECE members who have high school seniors starting college in the fall;
ECE members who have high school seniors enrolled in private education institutions located in the ECE service area.
