Every June East Central Energy and Minnesota Rural Electric Association sponsor three high school students to participate in an all-expense paid adventure to Washington, D.C. Selected students tour Washington, D.C. and learn about our democratic form of government and how that parallels the cooperative way of doing business.

High school juniors interested in applying for this once-in-a-lifetime experience should talk to their guidance counselor or call ECE at 800-254-7944 with questions or to ask for a qualifying quiz and essay form.
