Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)

1/2 cup onion - chopped

2 chicken bouillon cubes

2 cups water

Boil above ingredients in large kettle for 10 minutes

 

Add 2 cups diced or shredded potatoes (like plain hash browns, uncooked)

1/2 bag frozen vegetables of choice

Enough water to cover ingredients

Cook and cover for 18 minutes

 

Add 1/2 box (1 lb. box) Velveeta Cheese

1 can cheddar cheese soup (approx. 10 3/4 oz.)

Preparation Intructions:
When it's all melted it's done, delicious, and a meal in itself.
